Why do people buy a forklift work platform?
The work platform forklift attachment is used to transport maintenance personnel from one point to another, safely and quickly. The platform attachment attaches to the forklift by inserting forks into fork pockets and chaining the platform to the lift truck. The platform has a handrail which is about 42" high. There is another mid-rail about 21" high. These hand rails are placed on three sides of the platform. A 5 feet high expanded metal backing takes up the fourth side.
